I’m a gym girl who lifts regularly, and unfortunately these knee sleeves didn’t work for me. I have relatively small knees and I’m not on the bigger side at all, but I had to size up to an XL because the bottom of the sleeve simply wouldn’t go past my calf in the smaller sizes. The problem is that once I wear the XL, there’s so much excess fabric ...
