Don’t trust the size chart
The size chart is misleading. I am a 26 inch waist and range from sizes 2-4. I have another pair of gymshark shorts also in an XS. However, THESE run more like a 0-2. It is tight in the waist and they ride up like crazy. Definitely not for squatting. Maybe that’s why it’s final sale but save your money…
